at his place of
business allowing
the patient to
practice on a
continuous time
frame at work.

installed in
patient’s place of
business with Jim
Thorpe Rehab
Therapist (Speech
Language
Pathologist)
assigned to the
patient.

Patient has
recovered much of
his short-term
memory and has
advanced to
intermediate to
high levels of the
cognitive
exercises,
including
Visual-Spatial II,
Memory II and
Problem Solving
I.

As of October 17,
patient was
continuing to
practice his
cognitive thinking
skills along with
managing his
computer-based
business.

discontinued
Cognitive Systems
System due to
patient receiving
chemotherapy and
sustaining another
stroke in mid
November 2000.
